Carrabelle Public Beach

Carrabelle Public Beach is a scenic, white-sand beach along St. George Sound just west of Carrabelle. Protected by offshore barrier islands, the beach is known for its gentle surf and is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, shelling, surf fishing and family beach days. Visitors can enjoy convenient parking, restrooms, an outdoor shower, grills and covered picnic pavilions, making it easy to spend the day along the water. The beach is also near a historic marker commemorating the area’s role as a World War II amphibious training site.
