The Raney House Museum
The Raney House Museum was purchased in 1973 and established as a museum exhibiting furniture, documents, and artifacts of the 19th century. Members of the Raney Family lived in the house until 1914. Located on the corner of Market Street and Avenue F in historic downtown Apalachicola, the Raney House Museum is operated by the Apalachicola Area Historical Society, and admission is free but door donations are accepted.
