The Franklin County Tourist Development Council Grant Program opens on June 12, 2022 for non-profit groups and governmental organizations.
The event promotion grants are split into two categories. The first category is designed to assist local non-profit organizations in marketing local single-day area events. The Franklin County TDC has identified funds for at least thirty (30) $2,000 grants under this program. Organizations may apply for multiple grants for separate titled events.
The second category is designed to assist local non-profit organizations in marketing major three-day local area events. The Franklin County TDC has identified funds for five (5) $5,000 grants under this program. Organizations may only apply for one grant for this grant category. Both of the event promotion grants are reimbursement-based funding sources.
The Franklin County TDC is also accepting applications for the 2022-23 Museum matching grant program designed to provide financial assistance to local museums for operational costs. The Franklin County TDC has identified $90,000 for this grant program.
The application deadline for all three grants is 4pm August 3, 2022.
Eligibility requirements and application forms for each of the grant programs are available to review and download from the grants page. All grant awards are subject to the availability of funds.
Applicants must submit the required application and supporting documents to the Franklin County TDC Office located at 731 Highway 98, Eastpoint, Florida 32328 no later than 4:00 pm on August 3, 2022. Completed applications can be submitted by mail or transmitted via email to email@example.com.
