This special evening kicks off early with Worm Grunting Demos from 5:00-6:00 pm\, a fascinating pre-event showcasing the art of enticing earthworms from the ground—a nod to the evening’s theme. From 6:00-9:00 pm\, visitors can enjoy the main event beneath the beautiful Worm Moon\, named for the earthworms that signal the arrival of spring. \nVisitors can experience an after-hours tour of the Keeper’s House Museum and see the exhibit of the lighthouse’s original\, historic Fresnel lens constructed in 1894 in Paris\, France. Guests can browse the unique nautical gifts and souvenirs in the gift shop. A glowing bonfire will light up the night\, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening—don’t forget to bring a chair! \nFor those brave souls who are bold enough to venture to the top of the tallest lighthouse on the Forgotten Coast\, evening tower climbs are scheduled at 15-minute intervals throughout the event.
