Caroline’s is a great place to enjoy fresh seafood anytime of the day. Our oysters are caught daily from the Apalachicola Bay and chilled upon capture. Our grouper is served fresh, never frozen, straight from the boats at our marina or from our local seafood provider. Guests may dine inside while enjoying a panoramic view of the Apalachicola River or in our one-of-a-kind screened-in gazebo that is built atop our docks. We are open seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
