2. Historic Buildings in Apalachicola

Apalachicola is a historic village with timeworn brick buildings repurposed into art galleries, shops, and restaurants. You’ll want to take a few shots of the fun there.

3. Oysters

You may have heard that Apalachicola Bay is closed for wild oyster harvesting for the next five years. This is true. But wait. We do have Apalachicola Oysters from the Apalachicola Bay. They are farmed through aquaculture using baskets on a pulley system in the bay. We promise you will not be disappointed with these oysters. They are simply delicious and an absolutely must-try when you are here.

4. Fishing photos

Some are keepers, some are catch and release. Either way, document your bragging rights and fishing fun.

Oyster City Brewing Company is Apalachicola’s pride and joy, a brewery that started with a love for delicious beer. All are welcome. No matter if you like beer or not, this retro brewery located in the heart of Apalachicola is a must stop, must snap, and must grab a t-shirt spot!

7. Dogs on the Beach

Ok, we would like you to shake off (picture dog coming out of the water shaking the water off) that image of serenity for one moment. The first thing on your pup’s mind when he or she sees the beach is Wahooooo! It’s such a joy seeing your furry friend enjoy the coast just like you do.
