The Ilse Newell Fund For the Performing Arts will have a performer on January 28, 2018 at the Apalachicola Trinity Episcopal Church at 4pm.

Tara Burns is a Manhattan based singer and actress from Atlanta, Georgia.  She graduated from Vanderbilt University where she studied Vocal Performance and Theatre and served as Miss Tennessee before moving to New York City to pursue her entertainment career.  Upon moving to Manhattan, Tara served as the head Soprano vocalist with the USO Show troupe for over two years.  She has performed solo shows in acclaimed Manhattan cabaret venues including 54 Below, Birdland, and the Bemelman's Bar at Cafe Carlyle.
