Carrabelle Riverfront Festival

This event has already occurred for this date, check our events page for upcoming events.
Carrabelle CARES and the City of Carrabelle cordially invite you to attend the 22nd Annual Carrabelle Riverfront Festival on Saturday, April 28th and Sunday, April 29th.

Please join us as we celebrate the culture, history and vitality of coastal Carrabelle. Our annual festival offers regional arts and crafts, family friendly attractions and local culinary treats. The two-day event held each spring on Marine Street caters to locals and visitors alike and attracts crowds from across the panhandle.

The unique unpretentious charm of Carrabelle is on display as we celebrate our laid back life style with unique hometown attractions like Carrabelle’s own Fishy Fashion Show, Pet Parade and the Procession of the Species. The hours of the festival are 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and 10:00 AM to 4:00 pm on Sunday.

Ken Horne and Howard Pardue are two very talented musicians who are walking fountains of knowledge about all sorts of Florida history & folk lore.  Enjoy their tunes and tales under a shady tent at the foot of historic Carr's Hill in Carrabelle during our annual
Riverfront Festival. The Carrabelle Historic Society is very pleased that the City of Carrabelle recently purchased this property, saving a precious historic site. A Civil War skirmish took place here, and the old 1900 Moore House awaits restoration on the top of the hill.
Guided historic tours wll be scheduled during the festival. So gather your friends and make plans to be in Carrabelle for the weekend of April 28-29.
